Shipping policy

All items are shipped from Foshan, Guangdong Province, Mainland China.

1. Processing Time
All jade orders will be inspected and packaged within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom carved jade items need 3–7 working days for production.

2. Shipping Method
We ship worldwide via DHL/FedEx/SF International Express. Tracking number will be sent to your registered email once parcel dispatched.

3. Delivery Cycle
US/Southeast Asia: 5–12 working days; other countries: 7–18 working days, exclude customs clearance delay.

4. Customs & Duty
Import tax, customs duties of destination country are borne by buyer as per local customs regulation.

5. Loss & Damage
All parcels are insured. If goods lost or broken during transit, contact us within 3 days after receiving package for replacement or partial refund with proof.
